In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (the "Digital Services Act" or "DSA"), this page contains the disclosures required from Freepik Company, S.L.U. under Article 24(2) DSA.

Under Article 24(2) DSA, providers of online platforms must publish information on the average monthly active recipients of the service in the European Union ("EU") at least once every six months, starting from February 17, 2023.

The estimated average number of monthly active recipients of the Magnific service in the EU, based on the six-month period ending on [23rd of June of 2026], is [7.324.933]. We will update this information at least once every six months in accordance with Article 24(2) DSA.

This information is provided solely to comply with Article 24(2) DSA. The methodology used to calculate monthly active recipients under Article 24(2) DSA may differ from the methodologies used by the Company for other metrics.
