What's changing in Unlimited

If you're an existing subscriber, read on to see how the changes affect your plan. If you're new to Magnific, this article covers how credits and Unlimited work.

What is Unlimited?

Unlimited mode lets you generate with 30+ models without consuming credits. It's designed for exploring, experimenting, and trying new ideas freely.

Your priority usage is the Unlimited you can use every cycle while maintaining a consistent experience. Once it runs out, you can keep generating on Unlimited without spending credits, but speed will vary with demand and volume. You can check your remaining priority usage anytime in the progress bar, visible by hovering over the Unlimited icon.

For professional work, credits give you consistent speed on every model, and they're already part of your plan.

What is changing?

We're updating how some of our most powerful AI models work. Unlimited generations are still here, and for a handful of high-demand models, we're switching to credits so you get reliable, consistent generations every time.

On Premium+ and Business plans, the following models are moving from Unlimited to credit-based generations:

• Nano Banana Pro (1K and 2K)
• Nano Banana 2 (2K)
• Flux.2 Flex
• Flux.2 Max
• GPT Image 1.0
• GPT Image 1.5

All these models are still part of your plan. We keep integrating the latest and most capable AI models, and these ones run best on credits: reliable speed, consistent quality, and faster. That's why they're a better fit for professional work.

All models on Magnific remain available through credits.

When is this happening?

If you are already subscribed, this change applies at your next renewal, whenever that is. Monthly or annual, nothing changes until your plan renews, and you'll hear from us before it happens. Until then, everything stays the same.

If you're on Pro, none of this affects you. Your Unlimited access stays exactly the same.

How does this affect my plan?

Premium+ or Business

Nano Banana Pro (1K and 2K), Nano Banana 2 (2K), Flux.2 Flex, Flux.2 Max, GPT Image 1.0, and GPT Image 1.5 will move to credits at your next renewal.

Nano Banana 2 (1K) and 30+ other models stay unlimited on your plan. All models remain fully available anytime with credits.

Pro

Nothing changes. Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana 2 (2K) stay unlimited on Pro, along with Nano Banana 2 (1K) and 30+ other models. Pro remains the plan where everything stays unlimited.

Can I upgrade to Pro to keep them unlimited?

Yes. If any of these models are central to your work, upgrading to Pro keeps them unlimited. Pro includes more priority usage, so you can use Unlimited longer while maintaining a consistent experience. After that, you can keep generating on Unlimited without spending credits, but speed will vary with demand and volume. Pro users also get faster processing than other plans.

What is priority usage?

Priority usage is the Unlimited you can use every cycle while maintaining a consistent experience. It resets every billing cycle.

Once your priority usage runs out, you can keep generating on Unlimited without spending credits, but speed will vary with demand and volume.

Your priority usage progress bar shows where you stand this period. It resets periodically -> you can check your exact reset date by hovering over the Unlimited icon.

For a more reliable experience, switch to credits. They work on every model on Magnific, including those not available on Unlimited.

Unlimited ON vs OFF

You can switch between modes at any time from within any supported tool. For professional and time-sensitive work, use credits. They give you consistent speed on every generation.

Unlimited is off by default for new users. We recommend using credits for production work and turning on Unlimited when you want to explore and experiment freely.

Credits and Unlimited: how they work together

Unlimited lets you create with AI without watching a credit counter. Speed and generation times may vary with demand and volume. It's the mode for exploring, experimenting, and testing ideas.

Credits are for when consistency and volume matter. They give you consistent speed on every model, including models not available on Unlimited.

Think of Unlimited as your creative playground, and credits as your production tool. Both have a place, they serve different moments in your workflow.

As the platform grows, the models included in Unlimited may change. This is how we make sure we keep delivering the best experience for every creator on it.

Tools with Unlimited generations

Image and video generation

Image generation is unlimited on selected models and plans. Check this page to see what your plan includes.

Image editing

Most tools inside the Image Editor are included in unlimited (Retouch, Resize, Restyle, Background Remover, Change Camera, Skin Enhancer, Erase) except for Upscaler.

Fair Use Policy

The Fair Use Policy keeps Unlimited mode sustainable for everyone. Most users never run into it.

When usage goes far beyond what the plan is built around, generations become slower. The Fair Use Policy addresses that exceptional consumption, protecting the Unlimited experience for everyone else.

Generations don't stop. There is no cap on what you can create, only speed varies with demand and volume.

Most creators get the best of Magnific by combining the two: Unlimited for exploring, credits for professional work. Turn the Unlimited toggle off whenever you need consistent speed on every generation.

What's not allowed

Unlimited Generations are intended for individual, human use only. The following are not allowed, according to our Acceptable Use Policy:

• Automation or scraping tools
• Account or credential sharing
• Reselling access

If unusual activity is detected, we may temporarily pause your access while we review your account.

If your access is paused

Magnific may pause or disable Unlimited Generations if it detects account sharing or automated tool usage. If this happens, you will see a message explaining the reason. You can still download your content and continue generating using credits during the pause.

To appeal a pause or strike

Email support@magnific.com with the subject line Request to appeal Unlimited access strike.

We will review your case promptly and restore your Unlimited Generations if no violation is found. Repeated suspicious activity may lead to permanent suspension of your account.
