Found a website or seller that does not comply with Magnific's usage rules, or a file on Magnific that infringes your copyright? Report it through our Support Webform or via copyright@magnific.com. Include the URL of the infringing content, proof of ownership, and a description of the violation.

Magnific investigates every report and takes action, from removing content to informing the user of the consequences of their actions.

Magnific provides legal protection for paid subscribers who use Stock Content in compliance with the Terms of Use. If a third party makes a claim against you for using Magnific Stock Content, you may be covered by Magnific's indemnification, subject to the following conditions set forth in our

The limits of indemnification depend on your subscription plan at the time the claim was made. The relevant date is when the third party first makes their representation, regardless of the method or the person who delivers it.

AI generated content

Content generated using Magnific AI tools is excluded from this legal protection. Enterprise customers may have separate indemnification under their MSA.

AI-generated content is subject to additional terms, which cover output ownership, usage responsibilities, and content policy compliance.

Digital Services Act

This Section describes how Magnific complies with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) (“DSA”). Our points of contact, how to report illegal content, our content moderation standards, user notification and redress, and transparency reporting.

Provider identification

As a provider established in Spain, our Digital Services Coordinator is the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC). No legal representative under art. 13 DSA is required.

Reporting illegal content

Anyone may notify us of allegedly illegal content through our Points of Contact above, which are accessible without an account. Copyright-specific claims may also be submitted via our Support Webform or our email address: copyright@magnific.com.

Notices should identify the content, explain why it is considered illegal and include the notifier's name and email.

We will confirm receipt, review notices diligently and without undue delay, inform the notifier of the outcome, and, where legally required, notify the competent authorities.

Content moderation standards

We assess reported content and accounts under applicable law and our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. Moderation combines automated tools and human review. Our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy describe the grounds on which we may restrict content or accounts.

Notifications and redress

If we remove or restrict content, or suspend or restrict an account, the affected user will receive a notice identifying the reasons for such decision, whether automated means were used and the available redress.

Users and notifiers may contest decisions free of charge through our Support Webform.

Suspension policy

We may temporarily or permanently suspend users who frequently provide manifestly illegal content or who frequently submit manifestly unfounded notices or complaints. For more information see our AI Content Generation Guidelines.

Privacy and data protection

Personal data related to notices, moderation and complaints is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Transparency reporting

We publish annual transparency reports here, and, at least every six months, the average number of monthly active recipients of the service in the EU here.

Reporting channel

Magnific maintains a reporting channel for anyone who has a labor or professional relationship with Magnific Reports can be submitted through the Online System and may be anonymous. When filing a report, include a clear description of the facts, the country where they occurred, the people involved, the time of the events, and any impact or repercussions. Attach relevant documents if possible. After submitting, you will receive an identifier and password to follow the status of your report.

Information security

Freepik Company, S.L.U. holds ISO 27001 certification for its information security management system. The Information Security Policy establishes rules and measures to protect company information, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

The policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers with access to company information, and third parties interacting with Magnific's data. If you detect any incident or vulnerability related to information security, report it through the established channels.
