Who can purchase extra credits
Extra credit packs are available on Premium+, Pro, and Business plans. If you're on a Premium plan, you won't see the option to purchase extra credits, you'd need to upgrade your plan first.
Extra credits require an active paid subscription. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, any unused extra credits will be forfeited.
Available credit packs
Pack size | Best for |
|---|---|
10,000 credits | Occasional top-ups for light usage |
30,000 credits | Regular extra capacity for active users |
150,000 credits | Higher volume projects |
1,000,000 credits | Large-scale or team production workflows |
Extra credits are consumed only after your regular plan credits are depleted. They expire 3 years after purchase, or immediately if your subscription ends.
How to purchase
There are two ways to buy extra credits:
From your Plans & billing page: go to your account settings, open the Plans & billing section, and select the credit pack you want.
Directly from any AI tool: when you run out of credits or don't have enough for an action, a prompt will appear letting you purchase a pack without leaving the tool.
Auto-refill
When purchasing a credit pack, you can enable auto-refill so your credits are topped up automatically whenever your balance runs low.
Auto-refill triggers when you have 5,000 credits or fewer remaining.
The pack size and price are based on your active plan at the time of each refill, not on the pack you originally purchased.
Each plan has its own auto-refill pack. If you change plans, your auto-refill pack changes accordingly.
The refill price is the standard pack price for your plan. No discounts apply.
Managing auto-refill
You can cancel auto-refill at any time from your Plans & billing page.
Auto-refill is cancelled automatically if you downgrade from Premium+ or Pro to a lower plan.
We recommend reviewing your auto-refill settings after any plan change.
Expiry and cancellation
Situation | What happens to extra credits |
|---|---|
You cancel your subscription | Credits remain usable until the end of your billing cycle, then are forfeited |
Subscription renewal payment fails | Credits go on hold until the payment succeeds and the subscription is active again |
You downgrade to Premium | You can still use existing extra credits, but cannot purchase more until you upgrade back to Premium+ or Pro |
Credits unused after 3 years | Credits expire 3 years from the purchase date |
Refunds
If you haven't used any of the credits from a pack, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To do so, contact support via the contact form and select: Queries about Premium subscription → Refund → Credits pack.
Partial refunds are not available: the refund applies to the full unused pack only.
