Turn any Spaces process into a Flow, run it from anywhere and share it with everyone

You’ve been here before: you’ve built the process in Spaces. You love how it works. And yet, every time you need to use it again, you’re back at the beginning — rebuilding from scratch, explaining the logic to someone on your team, walking them through it so nothing gets lost in translation. Powerful creative processes shouldn’t be this hard to reuse. That’s exactly what Flows is here to solve.

Getting Started

Why it matters

Every team has workflows they rely on — for generating product visuals, adapting campaigns across languages, creating consistent character assets, or handling hundreds of images at once. The problem isn’t building those processes. The problem is what happens after: every time someone new needs to run one, they have to understand the logic behind it — every node, every connection, every decision that went into building it. That’s friction that slows teams down and keeps powerful creative processes locked inside the people who built them.

Flows closes that gap. It takes a process and packages it into a single-click experience. No internal logic to explain. No pipeline to walk anyone through. Your team gets the output — not a tour of how it was made.

What Flows does

Flows is a tool inside Magnific that lets you build a step by step task in Spaces and publish it as a Flow — a clean, structured experience that anyone can run.

Once your Space is ready, you publish it as a Flow in a few clicks. What users see is simple: defined input fields, a clear output, and a single button to run it. The complexity stays behind the scenes. Share it with your team, collaborators, or clients — or make it public so anyone can use it. Either way, they execute the Flow without touching or modifying the internal node logic.

No rebuilding. No re-explaining. Just run.

Flows works with processes of any size or complexity. All you need is one input and one output. Whether it’s a three-step image chain or a multi-model production chain, if it can be built in Spaces, it can become a Flow.

Who Flows is for

Flows is built for everyone who creates — inside Magnific or not. From AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to direct API integrations, wherever you work, Flows works there too.

The builder. You design and maintain workflows in Spaces. You understand the node logic, you know how to connect models, and you’re the one who publishes a process as a Flow. You decide what inputs users see, what the output looks like, and who can access it — share it with your team, a specific collaborator, or the entire world.

The runner. You don’t need to know how the Flow was built. You open it, fill in the inputs, and get the output. No nodes. No learning curve. And if you want to go further, you can Personalize any Flow — which duplicates the original process in Spaces so you can adapt it, make it your own, and share it with whoever needs it.

Whichever way you work — or whichever combination of roles you play on any given day — Flows fits into your process without asking you to change it.

Create your Flow

Building a Flow starts in Spaces — the only place where Flows are created. Design your process the way you normally would: connect your models, set your inputs, define your outputs. When it’s ready, you can publish it as a Flow in just a few clicks. From there, you define what users will see: name your inputs, set default values, and choose how the output is displayed. Magnific builds the interface automatically from your process.

Once it’s live, you can edit your Flow at any time — adjust the interface, or update the internal process and republish.

Run it from anywhere

This is where Flows changes the game. You don’t need to be in Spaces to run a Flow. You don’t even need to be in Magnific.

Standalone — the fastest way to run From the Use Cases, select the Flow you want to use, fill in the inputs, and run. No nodes, no context switching. Just the Flow, doing its job. This is the mode for runners: people who need the output without the overhead.

Inside Spaces — as a node in any board Flows also run natively inside Spaces. When you add a Flow to a board, it becomes a node — fully intact. Its inputs, outputs, and settings travel with it. Fully integrated into your workflow, without losing any of its structure.

Chain Flows together — and multiply the output When a Flow lives as a node in Spaces, the output of one can become the input of another. Chain a marketplace visual generation Flow > a cast variations Flow > a multilanguage translation Flow > an ad resizes Flow, and what used to be a visually complex process — hard to read, harder to explain — becomes a connected chain of 4 nodes. You’re not just running a tool — you’re building a system your team can repeat without limits.

hain flows together

Via MCP — from your AI assistant Magnific supports the Model Context Protocol, which means you can run Flows directly from AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT — without writing a single line of code. Connect Magnific to your assistant and simply say: “Run the product photography Flow with this image.” The assistant handles the rest. Same credits, same Flows, zero friction. This is the mode for creative directors, producers, and anyone who lives in an AI assistant and wants Magnific’s power without switching tabs.

Via API — for developers and automated systems If you’re building a product, a backend pipeline, or an automated process, the API lets you trigger any Flow programmatically. You send the inputs, get a task ID, and retrieve the result when it’s ready — or set a webhook and let Magnific notify you automatically. Every call uses your existing credit balance. No separate billing, no subscriptions. This is the right choice when Magnific needs to run silently inside something you’re building.

Share it — and let others build on it

Once your Flow is live, sharing is one click. From the Share button — available both inside Spaces and in standalone mode — send it to your team, share it with a client, or publish it to the public gallery.

Anyone who can run your Flow can also Personalize it. Personalizing duplicates the original process directly into a Spaces — ready to edit, adapt, and republish as their own. It’s how individual Flows grow into a shared creative infrastructure.

How teams are using it

Flows is already running across production processes in different industries. A few examples of what teams are building:

Campaign localization at scale — a brand campaign goes into a chain that runs Multilingual banner, Multilingual voiceover, and Video lip sync in sequence. One creative brief, five markets, no manual handoffs between tools.

Full preproduction chain — from a written concept to a complete visual reference package. Script to film, Cinematic preproduction pipeline, and Shot reference generator connected in a single chain that a whole production team can run from the first brief.

Product advertising, end to end — Brand campaign shots feeds into Product ad spot, which feeds into Multi-format resizer. The asset goes in once and comes out ready for every placement and format.

Brand asset generation — a Flow built around Mockup realizer and Portfolio builder: Visual works that takes a brief and outputs on-brand visuals consistent with the client’s identity. Built once, reused across every project.

Professional content for individual creators — Headshot generator and Portfolio builder: Logo combined into a Flow that lets a freelancer produce polished, consistent personal branding without a team behind them.

Before you build

Name your inputs clearly. The people running your Flow won’t see the node logic — they’ll only see what you label. Make input fields self-explanatory so no one needs a walkthrough.

Test before you share. Run the Flow yourself from the gallery before sharing it. What feels obvious to you as the builder may not be obvious to someone running it fresh.

Start simple. A three-step chain that works reliably is more useful than a twenty-step one that needs constant maintenance.

Use defaults strategically. Pre-filling certain inputs with smart defaults reduces friction — especially for fields that rarely change between runs.

Think in sequences. The most powerful Flows aren’t standalone — they’re designed to connect. Build with chaining in mind from the start.

The processes you’ve already built in Spaces are closer to being a Flow than you think.

Pick one. Publish it as a Flow. You decide where to run it. Share it with your team, or keep it for yourself. Then build the next one — and connect them.

That’s what it looks like to Be Magnific in 2026.
