  Yes, Business and Enterprise plans include advanced admin controls that let you manage:

• What security and compliance standards do you meet?

  Magnific applies company-wide security and compliance on all plans: ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, GDPR. Enterprise plan can additionally verify our security measures through questionnaires and requested evidence.

• Who owns the content generated with Magnific AI?

  You do. Your organization retains full ownership of everything your team creates, including both inputs (uploads/prompts) and outputs. Magnific does not reuse, train on, or repurpose your data. You're free to use, modify, and commercialize your content according to your agreement.

• Does Magnific train its AI models using the content I create?

  No. Neither Magnific nor its third-party providers use your inputs or outputs for model training. Your data stays private within your organization.

• What legal protections are included in each plan?

  Level of coverage varies by plan:

  • Business: Basic indemnification for AI-generated content
  • Enterprise: Custom, large-scale indemnification defined in your contract

  Enterprise protection covers third-party IP claims related to AI-generated content when used in good faith.

  If you use Magnific AI in good faith and according to your agreement, you're protected. Enterprise plans include legal indemnification that covers third-party IP claims related to AI-generated content created with our tools.

• Can we upgrade plans as our team grows?

  Yes. You can upgrade to Business or Enterprise at any time. Your users, projects, spaces, permissions, and remaining credits migrate automatically, with no disruption to your work.

• Do download limits apply to team-created designs or AI content?

  No. AI-generated content has no download limits. Stock downloads follow the same licensing rules across Business, and Enterprise plans. Ownership and usage rights always remain with your organization.
